1. Discovery

2. Strategy

3. Design and build
Strategy only matters if it survives execution. In this phase we turn ideas into usable design, customer-facing copy, and production-ready implementation. The focus is on clarity, speed, and consistency so the final experience feels intentional rather than stitched together.
4. Launch and optimize
Launch is the beginning of the feedback loop, not the finish line. We look at what users do, where momentum stalls, and what adjustments will increase confidence, conversion, and return on acquisition. The point is to keep the experience improving as the business grows.
